Combining years of experience working in the kitchens of some of New York's most prestigious restaurants Ryan and Rachel have a deep background and sophisticated approach to the art of making good things to eat. They first met in the kitchen at Blue Hill, NYC and it was there they discovered a shared philosophy towards food and cooking that both inspired and excited them. In a few short years they were married and started a family – their ever-growing posse of daughters. A desire for new adventures led them to the Hudson Valley. Here they are even closer to the farms and farmers they rely on, while continuing to be mindful of the simple elegance of seasonly respectful food.
